Tom White

Tom White is one of the founding members of Goldberg, Persky & White PC and has been involved in asbestos litigation from its inception. Mr. White has dedicated the last 30 years of his career to seeking justice for asbestos related cancer victims.

 

Bruce Mattock

Mr. Mattock is a partner at the law firm of Goldberg, Persky & White PC and serves as a member of the firm’s managing Executive Committee. Bruce primarily handles asbestos and mesothelioma lawsuits, occupational disease, personal injury, toxic torts and harmful chemical exposures. Mr. Mattock has represented thousands of asbestos victims and their families and has a thorough knowledge of the asbestos products that were made and sold by many companies during the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s which were distributed and used throughout West Virginia and elsewhere. Additionally, Mr. Mattock manages and oversees the firm’s asbestos bankruptcy trust practice.

Leif OcheltreeLeif Ocheltree

Leif Ocheltree is a partner at the law firm of Goldberg, Persky & White, PC and manages its Weirton, WV office. Leif has spent his entire legal career representing injured plaintiffs suffering from malignant mesothelioma, asbestos related lung cancer and other diseases caused by exposure to toxic substances in the work place. Leif has extensive knowledge of the products that were used at the jobsites where many asbestos victims worked in the tri state area including Weirton Steel, Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, various other steel mils and aluminum plants, chemical plants, power stations and other industrial facilities. Leif has gained a reputation as a passionate advocate and litigator who works closely with his clients from initial case investigation through resolution of the case.

 is a graduate of the WVU School of Law and has offices in Weirton, W.Va. Dan has represented injured persons for more than 25 years. Dan’s practice is primarily limited to oil and gas litigation or transactions and personal injury cases.

Vincent S. Gurrera

Vince Gurrera is a lifelong resident of Weirton, W.Va., and graduated with highest honors from the West Virginia University College of Law with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1987. Vince has maintained a private law practice in Weirton since 1987 and is licensed to practice law in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania. In 1988, he was appointed as the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Weirton and served as Municipal Court Judge through 1994. When appointed as Municipal Court Judge, he was the youngest judge ever appointed to that position in the United States. He currently serves as the City of Weirton attorney and prosecutor. He has tried cases before juries throughout West Virginia and Ohio and has argued cases before the West Virginia Supreme Court and the Ohio Court of Appeals.
